Two disgruntled neighbours of a HDB building are engaged in a verbal warfare with notices being pasted in public, calling out each other.

It isn’t clear who fired the first shot, but the first notice called out a resident for pouring water out of his/her service yard and causing the clothes hung outside to dry, to become drenched.
The neighbour then retorted and pasted a notice of his/her own, saying: “Water only goes down when your cigarette smoke comes up, be considerate and likewise.”
