
In the wake of the growing Covid-19 cluster at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), a number of other hospitals in Singapore have since barred entry to any persons who have visited or been admitted into TTSH’s inpatient wards.
Separately, the affected wards at TTSH have been locked down.
The hospitals announced the restrictions and they include:
- Alexandra Hospital
- Changi General Hospital (CGH)
- JurongHealth Campus (Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Jurong Community Hospital)
- National University Hospital (NUH)
- KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH)
- Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH)
- Singapore General Hospital (SGH)
- Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital
- St Andrew’s Community Hospital
- Yishun Community Hospital.
CGH. KKH, KTPH and SGH imposed the restriction since 1 May.
Alexandra Hospital, NUH and JurongHealth imposed theirs on 2 May.
Thomson Medical banned entry for visitors who have been to TTSH’s inpatient wards and/or have family members who did.
While Ren Ci Hospital said that they re not allowing any visitors until further notice as they monitor the cluster more closely.
Several other private hospitals and polyclinics have requested visitors to declare if they have been to TTSH.
