RESIDENT COMPLAINS ABOUT NEIGHBOUR DUMPING RUBBISH AT BIN, NETIZENS CONFUSED

A resident pasted a sign onto a rubbish bin, slamming the “person” who keeps “dumping rubbish” into the rubbish bin.

The resident added: “Monthly you pay refuse removal and conservancy service for what? Your house level no dustbin is it? (SIC)”

Naturally, netizens are bemused by the “complaint”.

I mean… It’s a rubbish bin right? Isn’t that the point? To throw rubbish?
