A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page SGRV which shows a man exiting his car before threatening a fellow driver with a metal pole.

On 11th May 2021, 8.35am at Lake Life Condominium, the driver of #SJA4544Y stopped in the middle of 2 way traffic to wait for his customer (grab or equivalent), after he picked up, he was still using his phone and did not move to the side.
Vehicles were piling up behind so I high-beamed and honked him once, he slowly crawled onto the main road and jammed brake in the middle of the single lane, got down and started yelling. He proceeded to retrieve a pole from his car and swing it towards my vehicle in a threatening way (refer to photograph). After I drove away and stopped at the traffic light (red), he sped up and cut me in my lane over the stop line.
