A guy was caught on CCTV behaving sneakily outside a resident’s home at a HDB block.

He then crouched down and opened a bag left outside the unit, before picking a sock out of a shoe on the shoe rack and taking a deep sniff of it.
He then hurriedly put it back and left the scene.
