
A FoodPanda rider took to Facebook to share his experience working for FoodPanda.

He wrote that he had an accident on the road, and he was visibly injured from the crash while delivering food.
He then contacted Foodpanda’s rider dispatch support.
However, they didn’t seem to bother about his accident at all, only caring about whether the food was “spilled”.
The support staff kept asking him repeatedly:

“sir what about food sir?”
“food spilled?”
