An Ang Moh cyclist was seen doing a “track stand” in the middle of the road, at a junction, without a helmet.

He was then told to put on a helmet for safety reasons, to which he allegedly replied:
“F**k Singapore and f**k your rules, mind your own business homie!”
The incident purportedly happened at Orchard Road.
