I have a neighbour in jurong who would walk around his flat naked in clear view sometime he is in his boxes other time he will be naked in full view. Damn disgusting lehz. I heard is illegal but i don’t wish that he get caught and fine.
How should i go around telling him without offending him cause he quite a nice man.
