Veteran Hong Kong actor Bobby Au-yeung shared a story about the time he went on a work trip to China and experienced the paranormal.
The 60-year-old said that he was staying at a hotel that he deemed to be haunted, with many strange happenings in the room after he checked in.
He went to the washroom after waking up and heard the sounds of something tearing, something like a zipper being zippep.
However, he thought it was the TV so he didn’t put much thought into it.
Soon after, he heard the sound again and he went out of the toilet to check, and the television channel had changed by itself, to an NBA game.
The hairdryer in the washroom also stopped working while he was using it, only to start up again after he put it down.
He also described feeling prickly sensations, as though there was an antacid powder drink bubbling inside of him.
The actor then pleaded out loud to the spirits to spare him 15 minutes, after which he would leave.
He said that thankfully, the spirit didn’t follow him back to Hong Kong.
