Enforcement officers from the Singapore Tourism Board found 11 people inside a hotel room at Orchard Hotel Singapore on 6 February.

They were reportedly having a birthday celebration at the time.
They had breached the phase 3 regulations at the time which allowed gatherings or not more than 8 people in any guest room, except if they are from the same household.
Orchard Hotel was subsequently fined $1,000 and suspended from new room bookings for 30 days from 25 June to 24 July.
Investigations are currently still ongoing and further enforcement actions could still be taken against the party-goers.
