A man is seeking for witness after an accident occurred at Bishan Park which resulted in his father getting hospitalised.

He posted a photo of himself on Facebook and putting up 2 sign boards to seek witness for his father’s accident.
After the collision the 81-year-old father suffered a fracture, and was bedridden.
