The defendant Lin Shu-Ling was charged with two counts, including one crime of impulsive act threatening the safety of others and one crime of public nuisance.

According to the charge, the defendant poured black liquid believed to be a cough potion on the hood of a white car at 11:45 am the day before yesterday in the parking lot at Chai Chee.

She sat on the kitchen window of an eighth-floor unit between about 1:00 PM and 3:50 PM in the afternoon and threw buckets, chopping boards, pillow, shoes, plastic bottles and food downstairs, endangering her and others.

When being questioned yesterday (5th), the police revealed that they had received a car at about 11 o’clock that day, locked themselves in the house, and threw out items from the unit.
