Darren Quek Sze Wen, 47-years-old, is facing 5 counts of insulting a woman’s modesty and 1 count of attempting to do so.

He is being accused of filming the inner thighs of women on school campus, at ITE College East in Simei.
He allegedly started filming multiple women on 5 June 2019, using his phone to film a woman’s inner thighs at the school cafeteria at about 10am.
He then took 3 videos of women’s inner thighs on 15 June, on separate occasions at the school.
2 weeks later, he allegedly targeted a female visitor of the school.

on 25 October, he allegedly attempted to film the inner thigh of another woman in a room at the school.
His case is due to be heard again on 19 July.
