A man who was previously jailed for touching a guy’s but in the MRT committed the offence 5 years later and this time even worse touching a minor.
41-year-old CHew Yeow Keong pleaded guilty in court on Friday (July 9) for insulting the modesty of a 12-year-old boy and he was sentenced to 17 weeks in jail.
How it happen?
Chew who was working for Grabfood molested an 18-year man on August 12, 2019, in the MRT, Chew wink at the victim hoping he will get the same response but he was ignored by the victim.
He got near to the victim and started playing his butt with his hands in a circular motion. The victim alighted the next station and reported the incident to the Police

In March 2021, Chew followed a 12-year-old boy who just finished playing football at Tampines Hub, he asked the 12-year-old if he could perform a sex act on him.
The boy ran away and told her mother about it when he got home.
