Healthcare workers have been fighting ever so harder for us since the pandemic has started. While most of us are thankful that we are working hard some just do not appreciate it.
The crazy neighbour continuously harasses Mr Najib and his family calling him a “virus family”.
A protection order has since been issued against the crazy neighbour prohibiting the neighbour from doing the following
- using vulgarities or abuse words on the nurse and his family
- recording Mr Najib’s family or approaching them
- making loud sounds at Mr Najib’s family
- spraying disinfectant liquid at them
- splashing soapy or dirty water at them
- stalking Mr Najib and or going to his workplace
Here is what Mr Najib wrote on his Instagram
“Good news. The Court granted the EPO.” When we received this message from our lawyers earlier today, we felt an overwhelming sense of relief.

My family and I have been subject to harassment from our neighbours for more than a year since May 2020. We have tried many amicable ways to resolve this matter but they all reached a dead end. We have honestly lost count of the number of police reports we lodged and appeals for help we have posted on social media and other “official” forums.
Each time we left our house, we felt a sense of fear – not knowing what our neighbours may do. We feared most not for ourselves, but for our two young children. My daughter has been traumatised by their actions. Earlier this year, they were charged in Court. However, even ongoing criminal proceedings did not deter them from, in my view, continuing their harassment.
After much deliberation, my wife and I decided that we needed to commence an action against our neighbours in the new Protection from Harassment Court for our own protection.
Earlier today, the Court granted the EPO. In granting the EPO, the Court found that there was prima facie evidence that my neighbours have contravened sections 3, 4 and 7 of POHA. The orders in the EPO are self-explanatory.

The 2nd video was taken this morning (3.3.21). Sending my son to school, soap water outside the house. Still being sprayed. They claim to spray their gate and always a coincident my son was there. When actually they can spray all they want when no one is home or after the kids are out in school.
My son would cough due to the strong smell of the disinfecting solution and when he cough, the school centre will reject him. If bring him see doc, will be given SHN.. when i am out of leave/CCL, how? Take no pay leave?
