A video emerged online showing 2 men arguing about leaving the car engine running in a parked car.

The guy in blue was adamant that there is nothing wrong with leaving the engine running.
He then challenged the camera guy and asked if he passed his theory test.
But then he said that he didn’t have a license himself.
The incident happened on 20 July at around 2.30pm, at Sixth Avenue.

Under the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations, it is an offence for the driver of a motor vehicle to leave the engine of a vehicle idling while it is stationary, for reasons other than traffic condition.
