A video emerged online showing a blue tent at the foot of a HDB block at Bedok South Avenue 1.
The police’s blue tent is usually used to cover dead bodies from the public.
The cause of death is unknown at the time of writing.
Online speculation from netizens are saying that somebody took their own life, although that claim is yet to be verified.
We have contacted the authorities for more information.
Update: The police have said that a 45-year-old woman was found lying motionless at the foot of the block.
She was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Preliminary investigations suggests that no foul play was involved.
At the time of writing, police investigations are ongoing.
