A video emerged online showing a taxi stopping at a red light.

The taxi’s passenger in the backseat then opened the door and threw a bag of rubbish onto the road.
It appeared to be a woman who blatantly littered.
The incident happened along Upper Serangoon Road, on 24 July at around 4.08pm.
