In the general population, there were 20,013 instances, and 187 in jail prisoners.
On Tuesday, 17,975 Covid-19 patients were released from hospitals after regaining their health.
There have been 643,522 Covid patients since April 1, when the third wave of Covid-19 began, with 428,380 of them recovering.
There have been 672,385 Covid-19 cases since the epidemic began early last year, with 455,806 of them recovering.
The death toll in the third wave was 5,409, up from 5,503 at the start of the epidemic early last year.
