SINGAPORE REPORTS 93 NEW COVID-19 CASES, 29 ARE UNLINKED CASES

Singapore has reported a total of 93 new Covid-19 infections today, 6th August 2021.

56 of these new cases are linked to previous cases and have already been placed on quarantine.

8 of today’s cases which are also linked to previous cases were detected through community surveillance testing.

There is a senior over the age of 70 in one of the new cases who is partially vaccinated.

There are also 4 imported cases who were detected and isolated upon arrival, bringing the total case count today to 97 infections.

The total number of cases in Singapore till today stands at 65,605.
