Photos of a party that happened at Jiak Chuan Road has been circulating on social media of an alleged party happening in China Town.
Shin Min Daily News reported that the Police has been informed over 20 times in the span of two years.
More than 10 people were seen gathering to have a party at the rooftop located along Jiak Chuan Rd.
On July 18, one of them even throws a large bag of garbage straight from the roof to the ground floor.
