Many hair salons or beauty salons has never been able to get a good reputation due to ridiculous packages. While some salons force customers to sign packages other just make clients sign packages that are clearly a scam.
A netizen posted on Facebook stated that he has been scam by a salon for asking him to sign for a package that offers a free haircut after 6 haircuts. But the free haircut is available only after signing a package for another 10 haircuts.
Like that is like asking me to pay the price of 16 hair cuts for nothing

Hi all, please be aware of this TopOne hair salon located at Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 Blk 532.
Don’t get cheated by this shop. Ask to sign up a complete set for 6X hair cut n get 1 free cut but ends up saying the“free” cut is to be used for another new sign up for 10X
