The move was decided to comply with the requests of the company’s banking partners and payment providers and will go into effect on Oct 1 this year.

It is also done to ensure the platform can sustain in the long term as well as to host a community that is inclusive of creators and fans.

Creators would still be able to post nudity if it is consistent with the company’s policies.

The site was founded in 2016 and has boomed to around 130 million users during the pandemic.
