An unhappy netizen has posted on social media to complaint about the Spartan Race Singapore’s race organiser.
The netizen apparently got his kid’s race cancelled in March 2020 and still has not had his fees refunded to him or has a race rescheduled.
Spartan has recently offered to transfer the race to another country but the man says that due to the current Covid-19 restrictions they are unable to travel.
He also alleged that the race organiser has zero business ethics as the organiser cited the need for cash flow for overheads and expenses to refuse his request for a refund.

”Kid Race cancelled since 2020 March and fees not refunded since 18 months with no new race date reschedule. Recently just offered to transfer the race to another country despite we can’t travel.
Race organiser has no business ethics and refused to refund citing need cash flow for overheads and expenses.”
