MAN LURED 11 WOMEN INTO BED AS FAKE SUGAR DADDY, APPEALS FOR LESS JAIL SENTENCE

On Friday (Sept 24), a man who was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and a S$20,000 fine after he cheated numerous woman into bed claiming that he was an agent of ‘sugar daddies”.

His scheme managed to cheat 11 women into sex acts, he is seeking a lighter sentence despite his actions which affected 11 individuals.

40-year-old De Beers Wong Tian Jun had a psychiatric report which his defence lawyer brought up in court to get a lesser jail sentence.

What happened previously?

Between April 2015 and January 2016, The man cheated on at least 11 women ranging in age from 18 to 24.

As he could not afford to pay for sex, he came up with an idea to recruit girls to his scheme, he claimed that he knows many rich people and can offer them a chance to become a “sugar babe”.

After posting the ads on locanto he was contacted by a number of women, He then told the victims that he has to ‘assess’ if they are suitable for the client by ‘testing the goods’. They would either need to provide them with a ‘video’ of an ill-nature or perform sexual acts with him.
