
Do be careful if you are considering to get a helper from them.
It’s a totally absurd service we received! Unreasonable, lousiest maid agency we ever met.
Stay away from them, don’t throw your money into the drain and when things happened, no apologies given.
All we need is a replacement maid, all they did was dragging time again and again. When asked for refund, all we got back is being yelled at over the phone!

Since 14th Aug 21, we have been complaining to the agent umpteen times about how the helper is actually using her phone the WHOLE DAMN DAY. Even can go on Facebook live with our kids in her Facebook video WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. 14th Aug 21 she apologised, and 18th September 21, same thing happened again on her Facebook live (view attached screenshot)!
She is behaving like the boss of the house (look at screenshot photos). But we just kept quiet and tolerating all the nonsense.
The agent and the boss came down to our place once to had a talk, we gave her one more chance. End up, we really cannot take it anymore. She cooked for our kids white rice + luncheon meat, white rice + chicken without soup and also, porridge + ikan bilis. Such a lazy helper… We got no choice but to keep pushing the agent that we need a replacement. As she first came to us end of July.
The replacement of maid just kept dragging and dragging until last night… My helper said she do not want our youngest daughter to sleep with her. Like a queen again… So I had no choice, but to messaged the agent for a full refund. We will look for another agent.

Today the agent’s boss called, and he said “$500 take and go, maid return us” (when we paid for 2.6k+ for this helper), AND EVEN ADD A WORD “WHEN WE ASK YOU TO GIVE HER A CHANCE YOU CAN DONT GIVE”, is this the way you talk to your client, honestly? I mean, you could have just apologise, and we will also be more than willing to accept, as we have waited so long for a replacement maid. We have been very lenient and patience towards this whole scenario.
So….what we got back in the end was the boss shouting over the phone like they have got no wrong & its all our fault!
Is this how you trained your helpers which is why this helper only know how to talk back rudely and argue when at fault? Cook such food for our kids? Even buying outside have more nutrients than what the helper cooked! Your helper can cook good food for herself but cannot cook for our kids?
