My salary is only $2000 before cpf contribution. When the caregiver is your mum, you insist i must pay $1000 to your mum as allowance. But when it switch to my mum taking care, you insist it is my mum’s duty, so we don’t need to pay to my mum. Afterall, the baby surname is under my family’s one. To prevent any quarrelling, my mum shut me up and willing to take care without us giving her any allowance.
Jessica, my ex, is totally different from you. When we were together, she treated my parents like hers.
