
Singapore reported 3703 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday (9 Oct).
2868 cases are community cases, while 832 cases are migrant worker dormitories cases.
This is the fifth straight day where the case count has exceeded 3000.
611 of the local case count are seniors above the age of 60.
11 deaths were also reported, and all are Singapore citizens between the age of 56 and 90.
Five of them are men, and six are women.
Four of them were vaccinated, three were partially vaccinated and four were unvaccinated.
All of them except one had underlying medical conditions.
This is also the 20th straight day where deaths related to Covid-19 are reported.
The total case count in Singapore as of 9 October 2021 stands at 124,157.
