“Good Service can’t be forced or act, it must comes from the bottom of your heart!
I am a commuter whom take Bus Captain Khairulshafiq’s (Service 187) bus frequently and notice all his small actions which would warms countless of commuters heart!
“Good Morning, welcome onboard” or “auntie/Uncle slowly ah, take your time” all this seems like is a small actions, but to a commuters, it’s warms my heart as I could feel that he really provides us with a good service from the bottom of his heart!
Besides greeting his commuters, he stop his commuters near to the kerb, so that his elderly commuters could board his bus easily!
Instead of moving off immediately, he waited for elderly/pregnant woman to find a seat before moving off, which I find it really amazing as he could be late for his schedule!
This actions, I believe it had warms countless of heart as well!
Beside providing a good service, Bus Captain Khairulshafiq also keeps his bus clean and when ever we board his bus, it extremely clean!”
