NIGHTLIFE OUTLETS PROVIDED HOSTESSES & BREACHED SMMS, SUSPENDED

The police said earlier today (12 October) that 8 nightlife and F&B establishments have had their licenses revoked after being found to have breached Safe Management Measures (SMMs) repeatedly.

They were also ordered to close for a period of between 10 to 30 days.

The establishments may also be liable for prosecution as well as notices of composition.

They had reportedly provided hostess services, dice and card games and failure of ensuring group sizes do not exceed the allowed limit.

The affected outlets include Club One Min at Concorde Hotel, HooHa Cafe at Viva Vista Shopping Mall and Club Mao at the Oriental Plaza.
