On 13 May, a lady ordered food from Soup Restaurant through food panda as her family wanted to eat the Samsui chicken, which is a signature dish from that restaurant
Her family then started to eat the signature dish Samsui chicken. While they were eating the dish, they found a live worm crawling on the lettuce.
After noticing the worm, she was terrified and extremely disgusted. Her family then stopped eating and proceeded to throw away the rest of the food.
She immediately contacted the relevant personnel but has not received any response.
HERE IS HER STORY…
“13th May is a random day where we feel like eating the soup restaurant Samsui Chicken, without further, we order food panda immediately. The soup restaurant is quite reputable and we are very confident with the cleanliness, quality of food, their customer service. However, not until this day. Samsui Chicken is their signature dish.
Where the chicken is to wrap with the lettuce and mix with their signature ginger, the taste is impeccable. However, when we half way through the meal, a WORM appear from the lettuce, we are terrified by the WORM and right away, we stop the meal and throw the rest of the food. We can’t imagine what happen if my kids, my family members, who has eaten this!
Immediately, we contacted the company personnel to inform them this matter. They requested our phone number, however, they did not respond to this matter immediately and continuously 2 days we emailed them for their attention only someone contacted us. As a consumer, we felt that they are not taking this seriously and they promised to give us an answer within 10 working days. Till now, coming to a month and we are still waiting for their respond to what they have promised!”
