Illegal drugs are one of the evilest things in the world that ruins lives. A man who took drugs stabbed his housemate with a kukri knife.
According to Channel News Asia (CNA), 35-year-old Teo Kok Yung pleaded guilty to causing hurt and taking methamphetamine and he was sentenced to 1 year and 10 months in jail (April 21).

On 12 November 2020, the housemate offered Teo some cannabis to smoke and Teo went to sleep after smoking the drug.
He woke up a few hours later and felt angry at the victim and prepared a 28cm kukri blade, he took the knife to the kitchen and stabbed and slashed the victim several times and the victim tried to defend against Teo.
Teo’s sister who stayed in the same unit woke up from the noise and tried to stop them and she call for an ambulance.
The victim was later brought to the hospital and he had cuts and stab wounds at

After Teo’s arrest, drug test revealed that he was found with methamphetamine in his system.
