A video of a driverless car getting into an accident is circulating on social media. The incident happened at the carpark of Block 239 Toa Payoh Lor 1.

From the video, the car was seen moving out of the parking lot without any driver in it. The car then hit a lorry that was parked in front of it.
It seems like the handbrake was not engaged or could it be caused by some other elements?
