Recently, Yishun residents have spotted a man hanging around Block 701 and stop people in ave 5 area for $1.

According to reports, the man is 1.8 meters tall and appears to be 30+ years old. Residents have also begun steering away from the usual areas he hangs out to beg for money.
Due to his size, residents find it intimidating and harder to reject, afraid that it might become violent, especially parents with young children.
He normally arrives the area in the morning in a BMW, which make residents find it weird that why is he doing this.
