Sengkang east way accident!! I wonder nowadays why so many accidents!!

The accident happened yesterday afternoon(24th March 2017) at Sengkang East way. It is unclear how to vehicle mounted up the kerb. But it is certain that car was moving a speed to cause it to over turn after it hit a certain angle of its vehicle by the kerb.
