“Hello. I got into an accident with a taxi yesterday. At first, thinking it was my fault, I kept apologising profusely. But seeing the double white lines I believe he purposely made me rear end him. It’s bad enough for me that I was from a minor road and didn’t stop long enough at the stop sign.
I don’t want to pay the excess nor do I want give him excessive compensation as I did check my blind spots before turning and was SURE that there was no red taxi on lane 1”.
