The Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Tuas at Thomson exit has just had all four lanes blocked off.

It is apparently due to an accident involving several heavy vehicles.
Images of the accident at PIE has been circulating on whatsapp earlier this noon, and motorists are advised to avoid PIE for the time being.
It is still unknown as to how the accident occured.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all involved and let us hope that everyone is alright.
