A video was recently uploaded on the Facebook page ROADS.sg which shows an alleged vehicle accident insurance scam which was most probably operated by a syndicate group.

Possible insurance scam. Vezel 2 cars in front of cam car e-brakes suddenly for no reason on CTE, forcing all cars behind to jam brake, then Vezel drives away. This causes red Kia behind cam car to rear-end him, which makes cam car jerk forward and hit Prius in front of him. In less then 2 minutes another black car and a bunch of people not involved in the accident arrives on the scene and all of them try convincing cam car to use their workshop. One of the men even mysteriously runs across all lanes of the CTE on foot to talk to someone else who suddenly appeared at the side of the CTE. After a while all the strangers get into different cars from when they arrived. Cam car has reported incident to TP. Happened along CTE on 24/01/2021.
