I think this bugger damn stress, cannot tahan till reach home, got to shake it out while driving! This is damn serious!

For the offence of handphone driving to stand;
(a) the vehicle is in motion; and

(b) the driver is holding on to the handphone with one hand; and

(c) the driver is communicating with any person with that handphone.

Ermmm, how about this case?

For the offence of playing ku ku jiao while driving to stand;
a) the vehicle is in motion; and

b) the driver is holding on to his p_n_s with one hand; and

c) the driver is attempting to ej_cul_te
