A video was recently uploaded to the SG Chinese Community Facebook page showing a caucasian cyclist cycling at the side of MCE tunnel.

The cyclist was seen occupying one lane before keeping left after he had entered the tunnel.
It is prohibited for a cyclist to cycle on the expressway or in the tunnel in Singapore. Anyone caught cycling on the expressway or tunnel will be fined.
