An Ang Moh man was seen making a ruckus at a Sembawang coffeeshop on 6 July.

He was seen shouting at the coffeeshop lady, before a passerby came to ask him to stop.
To which he shouted at the passerby:
“I’M ANGRY, I’M VERY ANGRY!”
He was seen without his mask on, holding on to his facemask instead.
