Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) blocked the driveway, Silver Taxi tapped horn, Ang Moh boarding PHV hit the taxi window while boarding the PHV. Taxi driver wind down window to comment and that’s when the brawl started. This happened at ORQ. The Ang Moh got away.
