The Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 55-year-old Mr Raduan Bin Osman who was last seen at Blk 544 Bedok North Road on 1 December 2018 at 6.00am.
Mr Raduan Bin Osman was last seen wearing a dark blue t-shirt and red Bermuda shorts.
