Possible hit and run just happened along Admiralty Road West towards Marsiling, lamp post #12 just after Admiralty West Prison between 2315 t0 2330 hrs today October 24 2017 cyclist is injured and being conveyed to KTPH.We found him lying on the road. He is in shock and can only remember his ic number and name.

His bike has been handed over to the traffic police.
Anyone who happened to know him please help to inform his family members.
