The Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 62-year-old Mr Shanmugam Balakrishnan to come forward.
Mr Balakrishnan, a former resident of 72 Lorong Ah Soo, had passed away on 25 December 2018 at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
