My sister was knocked down by an irresponsible escooter rider last night when she was walking under the void deck (heading toward fajar shopping centre).
The rider knocked her down from her back and she landed on her right aide. Luckily she landed on the grass patch and this kinda soften the impact. Nonetheless, her right temple, arm and leg were injured and there was a lot of blood lost.
The bloody rider did not stop or provided any assistance. Instead the rider fled the scene towards the direction of Fajar shopping centre.
I am posting this to appeal for witness and as an alert to all. Even if you are careful, this shit happens. When will authority view these cases serious and ban escooter. Who will be next? Kids and elderly might not be able to take these hits well.
