After Singapore banned the sale of Shisha since 2014, Arab street has gotten quieter many business owners have move on. Two of this restaurant owners decided to try their luck and sold Shisha without a licence.

Even after the banned of Shisha, Nasrin Restaurant and Sufi Corner continued to sell Shisha on seven separate occasions. Both restaurant owners was fined for a total of S$12,300.
Apparently back in 2014 the restaurant had sold shisha without tobacco retail licences.
