Are we still ahead in efficient public transport system? Sometimes I wonder are we really the efficient society that we so very proud of? I understand hiccups for bound to happened and there no such thing as a perfect system. But is it too much to ask for to at least reach home on time? Plus I mean as paying customer we want to get our customer satisfaction.

Sometimes I really pity the ground staffs have to face the wrath of the angry crowd while feeling helpless that they can’t do anything about it due to their top management decision. But I think the frustration will just keep snowballing as the frequency of the breakdown became more to an extent that it is affecting our daily life.
