From the video, the auntie was taking photos of the vehicle and wants to report them to the LTA. The delivery guys had explained that they are just parking at the spot for delivery.
The auntie then told them that they should have parked at a carpark which was located blocks away. She even gives an example of herself having to walk for a distance when she was parking at Suntec City.
