A video emerged online showing a Singapore Karen unleashing the ugly side of self-entitlement onto a staff member at a Toast Box outlet.

The woman was seen angrily throwing a tray of soft boiled eggs at the counter staff and scolding them because she was upset her eggs were not cracked open for her.

The video begins with the woman making demands at the counter, telling the staff member at the counter “give me two eggs, I paid for it and you give it to me now.”

The counter staff then said something about the woman “spitting saliva” and the woman said “I paid for it already, give it to me now,” while the staff members were still trying to get her eggs ready as well as serving the customers ahead of her.

The back and forth then went on before the staff served up the woman’s 2 soft boiled eggs on a plate, but the woman then picked up the plate and threw it back at the staff members.

She then started shouting “crack open the eggs! crack open the eggs!”

The staff member then picked up the eggs that the woman tossed and pointed out that there were a lot of witnesses around, to which the woman said “no problem, crack open the eggs.”

The staff then retorted “the eggs are already cracked, why are you throwing them for?”

The woman then picked up a tray and threw it at the counter staff, who then placed it back on the stack of trays while telling the woman “stop throwing things hor!” as the woman continued shouting “give me the eggs! crack the eggs for me!”

The staff then cracked open the eggs for the woman, who then used a spoon to “inspect” the soft boiled eggs that she was served.

The woman then poked the eggs and asked the staff “is this soft boiled? You take a look at this yourself,” as the woman complained about her eggs.
